🔁 سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

بنهتم برضاك عن المنتج، وعلشان كده وفرنالك سياسة واضحة وسهلة ZORIX في

✅ المعاينة قبل الاستلام

• يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام

• في حالة عدم الرغبة في الاستلام، يتم رفض الشحنة مع دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط

🔄 الاستبدال

• متاح الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام

• يشترط أن يكون المنتج

  • بحالته الأصلية

  • غير مستخدم أو متضرر

  • داخل العلبة الأصلية

❌ الاسترجاع

• متاح الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام في حالة وجود

  • عيب في التصنيع

  • أو خطأ في المقاس أو المنتج

🚚 مصاريف الشحن

• في حالة الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بدون سبب عيب تصنيع

  • يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن

• في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع

  • تتحمل الشركة مصاريف الشحن كاملة

💰 استرداد المبلغ

• يتم استرداد المبلغ بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه

• الاسترداد يتم حسب طريقة الدفع المتفق عليها مع العميل

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At ZORIX, customer satisfaction comes first. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

✅ Inspection before delivery

• Customers are allowed to inspect the product before receiving it

• If you choose not to accept the order, you may refuse the shipment

🔄 Returns (Exchange)

• Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery

• The product must be

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and undamaged

  • Returned with the original packaging

❌ Refunds

• Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • Or a wrong item/size was delivered

🚚 Shipping fees

• For exchanges or refunds without a manufacturing defect

  • Shipping fees are paid by the customer

• For defective products

  • Shipping fees are fully covered by us

💰 Refund process

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

• The refund method will be agreed upon with the customer
